Anonymous Coward User ID: 44753432 United Kingdom 07/17/2018 07:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well considering some of the most popular old school methods was to bombard thousands of cell nucleus with gold atoms that had foreign DNA attached to them, devastating the entire genome with random mutation and then look for the 1 in a million cell that actually took on the edited DNA from the gold atom along with the other damage it did.. CRISPER does not seem that bad. CRISPER is still a massive evolution in the way we edit DNA. Its massively cheaper as well. What do you expect tho, if you took say the source code of windows 10 and at random cut some lines out because you didn't like the look of them..> do you actually think you would compile the code and carry on with no unintended consequences??? Until we understand our genome like Bill Gates understood the source code of windows and the language it was written in, then we will not be able to author it like true masters. |

Now if you had said Linux, because I actually can view their source code. |
