Precedent has been set with current law and rulings from prior SCJs

Lower courts will most likely rule using the current standings

if anything i figure he will just try to give the power back to the states and get the federal govt. out of this issue.

whether you agree with it or not, it's absolutely asinine that any of you would want the federal govt. to have that kind of power over an individual.

if you think all trump supporters support this, you are wrong.

this is more of a soapbox issue for bible thumpers than any one else.
