Why aren't women funny? I Have never laughed at a female "comedian"

Because, like all women, they tend to make things personal. They're jokes and skits are not focused on the wide public, like something anyone could identify with. Instead they focus on jokes and skits that only women(even so, not all) could identify.

It's just her face that is comical.

Females don't need to be funny. They are sensual, feminine and beautiful. Us guys need to develop a good and amusing sense of conversation and humor in order to be more interesting to a woman we like.

Carol Burnet, Joan Rivers, many other females in the 70's were funny as hell. You would laugh your ass off at Phyliss Diller, Mom's Mabley. Too bad you're too young to have lived it.

There's definitely hilarious women around, only do they have the self-insight to not go on a fucking stage to be an opinionated attention whore.

Comedy is meant to be a sound board against the shit being shoveled in our general direction by the state and society. It's basically all there is left in a fight against mediocrity and the pressure of the compliant masses.

Since the state and society are virtually entirely tailored to the needs of women and their offspring, no-one wants to hear that shit again, let alone pay for it, unless he's a masochist. Women do enough totally unwarranted bitching as it is of which at least half is the exact opposite of what they want and definitely need.

The truth is that there are some exceptionally funny ones out there,you just haven't heard of them.

T Marni Vos, Beth Donahue, Wendy Liebman, Vicki Barbolek kill routinely and are excellent writers as well.
