Word study on the rapture....
"at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints." 1 Thessalonians 3:13b.

The rapture is not there in that verse is it?
NO ! there is no word rapture in the bible. For some that is all the teaching they need to stand firmly and confidently on -even defiantly that there is no such word in scripture to support such doctrine. And they are right, there is no such word, it is a concept, it is a mystery revealed if you can stomach it.

They have a point, but it is their heads. The rapture is a convenient 'layman's' way to describe what happens in sequence as we all go forward. There is a sequence of events that cannot be ignored or denied. Why then is the concept of a pre-trib rapture challenged and opposed by some denominations, even condemned as heresy?
A: their position is weak, as weak as the salvation they preach that you get saved by doing the works yourself by confessing your sins. Rather than doing what scripture says and that is to confess the Savior from sin, which IS in scripture. You also have to believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. That's it! But what does this Paragraph have to do with the topic?
A: Some say that it too is heresy, most denominations never use this verse in part or whole. They feel that it is not enough for them and then they teach you about sin consciousness and your guilt and off you go: a worm eating dung for salvation.

To be in the rapture you have to be saved. Do Romans 10:9. That's it. No one needs to officiate it or be in some ceremony or take a bath in healing waters.

The sequence of Glory is expressed in this heading verse of I Thessalonians 3:13. If you don't know or understand the teaching about the Body of Christ and the Mystery of it, you will misunderstand scripture concerning it. The rapture only involves the members of the Body of Christ, not his Bride, living in this age of God's unmerited favor which is Grace. They go up like Elijah did, in full view. It will be the petard of the end of this dispensation and the beginning of a new one.

Immediately at our departure 144,000 blood-line Hebrews, the remnant, the bride, the elect, the firstborn and Levites, sons of Jacob, see and believe. They are protected by the marriage canopy: A Nation born without tribulation Isaiah Ch 66. The children that come out of the tribulation (Is. ch 66), born of the Bride in the course of the great outreach commission, who are born in tribulation like normal births of anguish are protected by the Archangel Michael: Dan ch 12:1. The only people left will be the sons of Jacob (Mal 3:6 ) in two groups where Christ baptizes with holy spirit and with fire the Bride. The Bride is protected under the marriage canopy. From the Bride come those who will be saved (the children born out of tribulation). Those among them who will be eligible until they go wicked will be like Esau, they will try to take Jerusalem and the coveted jurisdiction as before, it takes 3.5 years to assemble the assault following the peace agreement led by one of the sons of Jacob gone bad. Babylon and all religions fail as does Lucifer's dominion. Dan 7:11-14, 22.

I hope you are still reading along because it gets better> to understand the rapture you have to have a solid footing on the differences between the Bride and the Body of Christ. Now go read Ephesians Chapter 2 if you still have doubts who you are because the Bride is not mentioned in what is addressed to the Body there. The language is quite clear on the Body.

The sequence on the Glory we share with the Bride is clearly emphasized in only a few words here in I Thessalonians. When you understand the Mystery and rightly divide the difference between what is the Body and what is the Bride, even the old testament reveals knowledge that supports the sequence of this truth: e.g. Dan 7:9 is the rewards seat of judgement, not of condemnation and Christ is there 7:13 in completeness, that includes the joint heirs, the members of the body. We go to the rewards seat to be with God, with Christ. We are spiritually seated in the heavenlies above all dominion and might and power As a son of God now, whereby being seated in the heavenlies nothing worldly can contaminate that holy spirit of yours when you do Romans 10:9. We are joint heirs with Christ, we have rewards to receive to make Christ complete. We have a wedding feast because we are going to return with Christ to our beloved in full stunning Glory! This Glory is shared with the Bride and it melts a few wicked faces we won't be looking at again. At this Glory event in person, THE Parousia which is written about in so many places, Christ will be on the mount of Olives with Dominion of the earth in his estate, no longer does Lucifer have dominion -he still is loose but his wings are clipped by an " On earth as it is in heaven" policy.

But what about the rapture and that verse. Where is it? Thessalonians 3:13b.

It is found in the knowledge of the sequence of events and the words of this verse.
... "at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints."

"Stablish"= established; numerically represented by the number 2. Once some thing is established, it is set like a solid. It is in a fixed state. In a prayer, the believing is expressed that we are to be established looking forward to a day of shared Glory with the Bride. We are prayed over here to be established in our hearts in unblameable holiness by this knowledge that follows:
... "at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints."

The two distinct groups; the Body and the Bride are understood in the prepositions used here. One is not the other. The rapture is here, but only in sequence because the Bride, the Daughter of Jerusalem is the one for whom the Glory is all in context in O.T. scripture; the elect are given double honor. Glory is shared in a moment with her Groom who's dominion is everlasting.

In Thessalonians 3:13b."Coming"= the word Parousia, it is the presence of Christ on earth, not in the air. We are members of his body, he is the head. We return with him for shared glory " Christ in you, the hope of glory" Col 1:27. This is that moment of Glory in scripture. We are with Christ in the Parousia, he is the King for the Bride but our relationship as joint heirs is Lordship. There is a reason that Christ is listed as the King of kings and Lord of lords. Christ is King for the Bride and Lord for the Body, each terms used to identify a separate Venn grouping.
To be established in Christ you need to be born again. do Romans 10:9 . Direct your prayers to his Father like he instructed.
Thessalonians 3:13b:
The word "at" Greek=en Appendices 104. viii.

The Word "with" Greek= meta Appendices 104. xi. 1

It is not complicated to understand, but you have to study to show yourself approved unto God, you have to allow scripture the microphone and not traditional dribble. A groom is a groom and a bride is a bride. A father is a father and the son is a son. And lastly, if you don't 'get it' it is okay, the goats don't listen too good and a goat is a goat, the sheep hear the Master's voice when he calls. If someone wants to deny the difference between the body and the bride to support error, it is likely because they were never taught about it from those who should have or had the responsibility to do so. God's will for every believer is to be established in the faith, to be at that Parousia with Christ is the only going option and that is done by believing rightly on topics from scripture, not tradition.
