Scientists have taught a computer to predict events
Scientists have taught a computer to predict events five minutes in advance in a chilling demonstration of the power of artificial intelligence. A team from the University of Bonn used artificial intelligence to guess what a chef was going to do before they did it

Re: Scientists have taught a computer to predict events
I assume these predictions would only be accurate if the chef sticks to a routine programmed into the computer.

Re: Scientists have taught a computer to predict events
Predicting 5 minutes into the future would be invaluable in some situations. Like getting a closer parking spot at Walmart or having a tissue handy before you sneeze.

Randomness increases exponentially with time. Nothing will ever change that.
