I must be a weirdo cause I eat the canned ones right out of the can
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55781379 Those aren't Portobello. They are like the white ones. Portobello are the big giant ones that look like the top half of a hamburger bun. When I was in high school, my biology teacher was so terrified of accidentally getting a poison mushroom that he would ONLY eat the ones from the can or bottle because they are grown under rigorously controlled conditions.
