Sitting here waiting on my Administrative Hearing ( Traffic court)

Well, it was an old Lady.
I was the first person in this Administrative hearing to be called..
I just said Not Guilty for the Complaint.

Took 2 second, real court date next month now.. they do this shot because they know most people dont have time or, want to spend the time to fight it..
They're all scam artists...

What ever you do, don’t ask for pic of her husband.

If I was a judge, and a defendant rested his defense on "pics or it didn't happen", I'd wink knowingly and free him from all charges. It's like a secret handshake thing!

I wouldn't but, she didn't look like the type to have one..

Took July 10th for the date.
Wondering if I should of took the 3rd..

I really felt bad for her by the end of all of that.

Request the officer(s) who wrote the ticket attend you hearing. 99/100 they won't show, then you tell your side of the story.

Don't worry about her, she'll retire making more money than she did when actually working by gaming the system. In her last 3 years of work she will cash in scads of unused vacation and take all the overtime she can get, thus bumping up her annual average pay which is used to calculate her pension. Oh and don't forget paid healthcare coverage for life too.

Many years ago my daughter ran her car into a curb on an exit ramp to avoid crashing into the car in front of her who had stopped suddenly. Her car was disabled. A young black officer gave my daughter a ticket for careless driving.

She fought the ticket in traffic court in front of a judge. I was sitting there and heard the judge reprimanding the young black officer for being so stupid for calling it careless driving. The judge dismissed the case.

While walking out of the courtroom, we heard black guys complaining out loud while waiting for their case. They said she got off because she was white. I'll never forget that. lol

Ask the officer (not the Judge) what exactly was the nature of the commercial activity that he believes you were performing as an government employee. Ask him what the standard rate of compensation is for the particular activity and where can you go to get remuneration, paid.
I bet you weren't making any money.
Judge will dismiss.

if they announce the case as "the people of <insert state> vs your name" just tell them you call the "the people" to the stand and don't let them play a shell game with you.

Dress up as a woman, tell the judge you are a gay transgender, black up your face...problem solved. You may even get extra cash. Also tell the judge you love abortions. Extra bonus points.

Tell him you did it because Trumps a racist.

I actually was working in a company vehicle.
Otherwise I might go that route..

Actually you are 100% guilty if working because an officer gets accused by a higher ranking entity and can only plead guilty otherwise its technically a court martial if you dis obey the commanding officer.

Its such a stupid game. Too bad I never remember until close to the end that I wrote that way.

This what I'm going to do but, reading the code there was nothing wrong with what I was doing.
I will ask the Office what part of the code he thinks I violated and he signed his complaint about.

Not if I didn't violate the code. Just means the Officer is using or, miss using he's authority.

NOT GUILTY does not mean necessarily INNOCENT. Plead "INNOCENT OF ALL CHARGES"

Funny, I'm not usually sympathetic towards cops, but that video made me feel bad for him lol. She was brutal. He kept his cool and I thought he handled it well.

I got a ticket dismissed once because I got the cop to admit that he pulled me over because I was driving through the hood. His reason for pulling me over was for stopping with my front wheels over the "stop line". I was able to prove that wouldn't have been able to tell where my wheels were when he blue lighted me.

Also, he couldn't recall from memory much of the details of the stop (what street he pulled me over, which direction I was traveling). The judge just shook her head and said "case dismissed". I grabbed my shit and ran out of there so fast (didn't want them to change their mind lol).

Point out that his flag has gold fringes too.
