Go to San Francisco to take a poop on the sidewalk, no one will notice.

Move to Berkeley and shower once a week. Again, no one will notice.

If it’s brown flush it down. As in go to Sacramento, find Jerry Brown, stick his head in an unflushed toilet and flush.

Find a public park with a pond and start bathing there.
