The pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah had left the smoking gun on his personal simulator with a course set for the Indian ocean and no destination set.

The flap that was found has been identified as belonging to MH370 and is damaged in such a way as to indicate the flaps were fully extended proving that there was a conscious pilot making a controlled ditch such that no evidence was found as the aircraft would be predominantly intact.

My intuition says that it is on the ocean bed about one hundred kilometres west of Rottnest Island. There was another event that occurred in this area a few weeks prior to the disappearance of the airliner that, I believe, was a pointer to the mass grave of 239 people.
