Yes, because a propeller driven modern aircraft has no electronics onboard that could be damaged by an Electro-magnetic pulse. If they haven't been properly shielded from EMP effects they will be damaged, jet or propeller won't make any difference, unless there is no electronics incorporated into vital systems. And if that's the case I don't think we need to be too concerned about them anyway.

You can see by how many stars this is getting that most of the trumptards on this site are actually Russians still doing their propaganda bullshit.
