I am getting ready to shed the tobacco slavery myself. ;)

I do not like medications, but that stuff works...and fast. Just have to not go back to it this time...like with every other addictive "bad" habit. I'm d9ne with everything else smoking doesn't look like a big commitment at first but it's the biggest. It's called how to quit smoking but I forget who by, look it up it's helped a lot of people and no medication required! Thank you!
