1. What is the best way to cope with spiritual exhaustion??

2. I have long waited for the world to change (2012, etc) and in every way have tried to be of service to others and to do the best I can spiritually.

3. Lately I have started to doubt my spiritual beliefs because life is getting more and more difficult and I am beginning to think that the awaited changes are never going to happen.

4. I feel tired of life and feel myself losing my faith.

Still waiting on an answer on this one......

1. Recharge, go into nature, do things that bring you joy, listen to music, pet your pets, Do good to others, don't tell anyone, do without expectations.

2. Define "change". It is always "changing". Maybe be aware of specific expectations you may have and let the wheel turn.
Within the eternity of it, don't wait for the "beginning" or "end" to "start" or feel "accomplished". Is not a race, it is a marathon & you only are running with or against yourSELF.

Don't fight against the sea or winds, It only makes it harder.
Nor let yourSELF adrift, It would take you nowhere.
Use the sea and winds with purpose & navigate.

3. You are the maker of your own change. The doubting/slowing/"deplenish" usually occur when we avert change within ourselves. The cold comes from walking not the best option. It is a nudge.

It is a calling & warning to readjust & follow what you love best.

4. Be not afraid to let loose of preconceptions.
What we own, own us.
