Technically we are all aliens to this planet.

The "original" human was kickstarted from local hominids. The naturally evolution process suddenly advanced as a seeded early human. The ELHYM, or The Creators, expedited the process.

There are also living in the mix other races from destroyed worlds that at that time had to be relocated here and we all have grow together. This altered and stretched the natural consciousness evolution of a single local race. If you think about consciousness in terms of an octave, it resulted in something like mixing a bunch of 5-6th graders (already fighting among themselves) with some 2-3rd graders in one classroom. To deal with this and avoid as much bullying/taking advantage of the "children" a few Ptahs came to incarnate to balance things out. Akin to adding a few volunteered university seniors into the mix. 10-13th graders.

There are also visitors, cosmic family from other worlds. Some of them look very human and most people would not notice any difference.

On a soul level there are incarnates from everywhere in the cosmos having an incarnation here, some to be of help as an anchor on this tribulation times. Some of those remembered, others went dark due to the forgetting. To follow the rules the interveners could not just land and live here, they have to be born from within the planet to be into the collective soul and karma.

Also, there are walk-ins, people that have died and the body "snatched" by an entity (positive or negative) with a certain agreement to both be in the body for the appeal to still be "alive", thou slave to the entity

Dimensions are infinite, and there are disincarnates from nearby octaves ("high" & "low") that walk-in thru possesion or agreement.
