Well. my honest inquiry was not answered so... i'd better go to sleep.
I had one more question to ask but obviously is too early or late to ask it.

Two birds, one stone. ----- Also, Questions tend to have to directions, ...to gather info about someone or to learn from what someone may say. Reflective questions tend to be the first. I have had multiple people under the guise of learning, obsessed questioning about my experiences and such. Not to see, they not only miss the opportunity to learn about *their* experiences; but clearly showing not an intent to learn, but to spy on my motives. And I learn from both. We all learn from each other even if we will only later realize what we've learned while we thought that we learned nothing at all. My question was honest, as all the questions i have are. But it seems that you want to only answer the questions you are expecting to be asked and to which you already have the answers prepared. So... Continue to sort out your students according to your expectations, OM. & Be well.
