Also, Questions tend to have to directions,
...to gather info about someone or to learn from what someone may say. Reflective questions tend to be the first.

I have had multiple people under the guise of learning, obsessed questioning about my experiences and such. Not to see, they not only miss the opportunity to learn about *their* experiences; but clearly showing not an intent to learn, but to spy on my motives.

And I learn from both.
