ID: 232193 what is the technique you use?

The meditation technique i use to raise spiritual vibration is one involving visualising energy running up and down the body and exercising the chakra's. It's similar to the way people channel spirits except your not channeling spirits, your channeling energy. So i'm looking for more techniques similar to this.

Also, just techniques in general. Things like how to Astrally Project or have an OOBE if you think that might help for example. Or maybe a technique on how to induce a state of trance and then expand your consciousness through a mantra or visualisation. I'm just giving idea's here but yeah I'm interested in techniques not things like 'love yourself and thy neighbour' or 'be a vegetarian' because they aren't really techniques they more just a way of life.
