I was wondering how I can raise my spiritual vibration? I've been told that if you raise it then you will go to higher astral realms when you die. It is also supposed to have other benefits such as making you lead a healthier, happier and more productive life.

So how does one raise their spiritual vibration? and if you say meditation, then please specify the technique used.
