That is a huge "bump" for a woman who supposedly just had a baby and is normally thin.

I weighed 158 lbs when I had my first baby and was down to about 135lb when I came home and my belly looked like an empty sack until it toned back up.
With my second I went from 170lbs down to about 140ish the day I came home after giving birth the prior morning.
The third was roughly the same give or take.

I did not have any round pregnant belly after I had the babies. Unless you are very fat could you not notice you just lost 25 lbs and your pregnancy bump.

I remember having the "bump" after delivering. I looked pregnant. I think the thinner you are, the more it's noticeable. She's thin.

I think it's beyond weird that she is wearing that dress! OMG! "Rosemary's Baby" was one of the best and scariest movies I have ever seen. Gave me the creeps!
