I told you guys yesterday that this was probably going to move quickly.

The ducks have long since been put in a row, all we were waiting for was the official referral from Congress. Which came yesterday.

My thought was that the referral would NOT have been made unless BOTH Congress and DOJ already HAD all the evidence they needed in order to begin prosecutions.

Apparently I was right.

I have thought for quite a while now that Muellers investigation has been more about what the Democrats have done then the Republicans and or Trump..

Thats why they can immediately bring charges against McCabe (their boss)

ALSO remember McCabe himself threatened to "take people down with him." so he may very well sing to save his ass. Thus he is the logical choice for the first to face prosecution.

I follow the Veterans Affairs Inspector General investigations. I have witnessed many times the VA IG has referred individuals for prosecution to the DOJ. Most of the time, the DOJ refuses to prosecute. So, this being only a referral, they do not have to act upon it and may give the excuse there were administrative remedies which were used (the firing and loss of pension). Wait until there are formal charges or a plea agreement before celebrating.

So McCabe is the fall guy, huh?

My opinion is that this whole thing is still a dog and pony show.
The dems were already complaining this morning that 'we don't prosecute our political opponents' - all the while ignoring the witch hunt they have set upon President Trump. Idiots.

I really hope this is true, and explains why our President Trump didn't complain about the fraudulent investigation into his actions. They really can't complain that it is happening to the other side now.

Besides, Trumps ass is squeaky clean. If there was anything to be had, it would have been out in 2015. No doubts about that. Look what they did to Herman Cain that happened so fast it was over before anybody could as what was up.

A lawyer for fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe says a criminal referral to prosecutors about his client is "unjustified."

He says he's already met with representatives from the U.S. Attorney's office and is confident that, "unless there is inappropriate pressure from high levels of the Administration, the US Attorney's Office will conclude that it should decline to prosecute."
