Illegal immigrant without a drivers license Rams his car into motorcycle

A Florida sheriff's department is hoping immigration officials move quickly against a man from El Salvador they arrested after he forced a motorcycle operator off the road in an incident caught on cellphone video.

Authorities in Sarasota, Florida, say Magdiel Medrano-Bonilla, 30, is not documented to be in the U.S. and he planned on destroying the car he apparently used in the attack last weekend to avoid criminal charges.
