I live 20 minutes away from D.C. Won't go there. Maryland also! baltimore is a Sewer of the 1st kind!

I've lived in the East coast mostly 25 minutes or less from D.C., and an hour from Baltimore. I used to visit Baltimore harbour, Hard rock café, Go to dinner at the many great multiple restaurants they used to have. I generally enjoyed my time there.
Now, however, I refuse to pend a dime in either place. The State of Maryland will never get any more revenue from me, and D.C. is definitely off limits.
Why? Gun Laws. a friend of mine just got mugged and his girlfriend pistol whipped,( she's fine), in D.C.
He usually carries but didn't that night because of a concert they attended had screening.
This "Gun Free" zone mentality is stupid to the 10th degree. The You Tub video of the Black Man saying," I am the Majority!!!", this phrase is right on the button and I support every word he says.

When I do travel in the State of Maryland, I am armed with the bullets separated and my gun locked in the back of my SUV. I follow all Sates laws and bring a cooler for drinks for my Wife and our dogs to enjoy without spending a dime in those awful places.
Why hasn't the "Concealed Carry Everywhere" passed yet? I'll tell you why, shitty Rino's and Democrats can't get off their lazy asses and help the people who put them there.
Until then no visits and no money spent in those places.
