Got way WAY way to many freaks teaching schools already. Don't need to give them any excuse to strip search and " check for cavities " . Fuck that NO! How about we allow our elders to sit in on classes and see just what these fucking teachers are teaching. I got young men on my job site that don't know what a fire extinguisher is much less how to use it???? Have no idea how to read a tape measure or do remedial math ????? Just what the fuck ARE they teaching them. America needs to cull the shitstain educators. Best and the brightest? We're ending up with fucking idiots. America is dumbed down alright. |

Then have total citizen oversight of course development to ensure it's education and not indoctrination. All problems solved - safety, social issues, education, etc. |

Hire only retired Veterans. Have three assigned to each school, (of course less depending on size of school) one at entrance, two roving. I am sure it would cost less then most social programs. Plus it would put a lot of veterans back to work. Apparently having police officers at schools has not been a deterrent. To balance out the budget, have the Federal Government pay half the salary, and the state pay the other half. Just for the state of Florida it would cost 245 million dollars a year. That is with the starting pay at 15.00 dollars an hour. 122.5 million from the Fed/State. Florida has 4269 schools. Depending on the size of the school the cost could be lower. To protect all schools in the U.S 12 billion a year. Hell we send 3.8 billion to Israel every year. Wouldn't this make sense to protect our own Children? Cut all foreign aid, to include the UN. We can advance way more faster so home school all of them Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76337254 we have the technology to do that. we could buy every student a computer and still save us on school taxes. would cut out a ton of $$$.even if we sent the kids to school for 1 month grade for testing and to socialize, we come out ahead. BUTT the unions don't want that. and the states need every woman and man working to pay their taxes. we would have smarter kids though. by doing this we cut out the "re-learning" every fall. so kids can start college sooner.might even save enough that 2 yrs of college can be paid for if we bring the college costs down to reality. this plan atches us up with china. maybe we could be 1st in the world again. |

Maybe a bow and arrow. I'm not serious. I wouldn't put a gun into my fifth grade teacher. He was a pedofile and finally got caught 50 years ago. In other words, just because they are teachers does not make them a good candidate for guns. School uniforms is a great ideal.
