From what I have read elsewhere, it does make sense because of his extensive knowledge over this matter. There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true. |
Oldren User ID: 51928895 United States 03/24/2018 05:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I used to be a fairly ardent supporter of Trump. But now that he's appointed John Bolton as his national security advisor, I'm wondering what is going on. Quoting: LoverofYahshua Trump made it clear while campaigning that he opposed the 2003 Iraq invasion and that he wanted to stop the empire building of the USA. No more continuous invading of other countries in the name of an ill defined War on Terror. John Bolton not only supported and still supports the 2003 Iraq invasion, but he is known to be one of the most ardent pro-war, pro-invasion, pro-empire building people in DC. Why has Trump done an about face by appointing such a war monger when he campaigned on ending all these mindless wars???? I agree the bill he signed recently is pretty bad, but it seems everyone is so focused on that, they've missed this thing about the Bolton appointment. If John Bolton is able to shape foreign policy and persuade Trump on these issues, that seems to be a far more dangerous development. Maybe I missed this topic being discussed here before, but I wanted to throw this out here. Does anyone think Trump's appointment of Bolton is not only a betrayal of what Trump campaigned on but also a warning that WW3 got that much closer? Since President Trump appointed Bolton all of you fuck heads have been bitching and crying. He got rid of a couple of asshole who was part of the problem, who was ANTI AMERICAN. BOLTON is for America. Would you all rather he keep the anti-American muslim loving assholes McMaster and Tillerson who was all about bowing down to Iran and NK, who catered to our enemies. We finally have someone in office who is showing guts and presenting the USA as strong again. |

Sick of that fetid swamp on the Potomac that never gets drained, only stirred around a little. I didn't vote for Trump, but I wanted him to win, only because that reptilian Hildebeast was a full-on nightmare, as opposed to a bit of a blowhard. I'm a Libertarian, but they gave me Gary Johnson, a dude who done smoked himself retarded and couldn't even stay straight long enough to talk on national television without looking the fool. Damn. All these assholes Trump picks are straight from the bottom of the swamp, and he hoses 'em off a little and gives them a title. Whatever. Surely there are people NOT from that cesspool that he can pick from? WTF? He's still doing the Apprentice? Not a fan of Bolton, to me he's like the armchair hawk who'd get a giant throbbing erection if the button was pushed...but be in a safe bunker under Denver so all of us that get it, so what? WHAT A RUSH. For him. I'm just some old person on a mountaintop in my cave, tired of this weird nonsense. Not into games. Want a war? Go fucking start one and stop pretending it's because Assad uses chemical weapons, or whatever the idiotic premise is. Do it. Blow them all to fucking Hades, but be honest about it. If we get invaded, you younger folks talking big had better nut up, or shut up and get taken to a camp with those shitheads on the left who'll suck off a guard for some extra bread and moldy water as they say they were on their side the whole time. If they find me and drag me off too, and I'm stuck in some dank crappy hole hurting with mah rheumatiz, the first jagoff who starts talking politics, I'll gouge their fucking eyes out. PS...GET OFF MY LAWN! |

I was pretty disappointed when he appointed Haley but I figured it was just a UN ambassador, how much harm can she really do? I figured that position Is pretty much a mouth piece. But Bolton, in my mind, is far more dangerous appointment. The National Security Advisor funnels all the info from various department heads and then presents that info to the President. It's an extremely powerful position, especially if he is able to persuade Trump on foreign policy. I'm thinking Bolton will have quite a bit of influence over how Trump proceeds. One reason being that Bolton strokes Trump's ego. |
