It looks like the Cherbourg Carcass found on a beach at Querqueville, France, on February 28, 1934, and created quite a stir on the heels of the Loch Ness monster. Whom ever took the video should of done some up close recording. Record a close up of the head, tail, fins, etc. for better evidence of an actual creature and not room to debate "fake or real".

It's small, a baby, and it has one, probably two fins, a long neck, a hump and a tail with several weird fins or something.
This is a classic sea monster. I hope someone gets out there and collects the specimen for a change.

Oh, the vid I saw was not blurred, and red innards were poking out of the belly. Might have been attacked by a shark.

Probably a large part of a large sea animal, which dissolved after death... (kinda like that Stacy Peterson murder case)
