It's rarely talked about, but U.S. taxpayers have to pay the interest charges on the $21 trillion debt (money borrowed from the Federal Reserve over the past 40 years but never paid back). The annual interest payments could amount to $1 trillion per year...and growing every year as the government overspending continues.
Credit card socialism by our governments. This includes virtually every government in the western world.
Spend money they don't have now to buy votes, but never pay it back and pass the debt onto the next administration.
Everyone should hate this practice, except for the Federal Reserve owners of course.
