I can verify that my small flock (5) has really really slowed down this winter. I can’t let them free range because of bobcats, foxes and coyotes that all are on my trail cam 100 feet from my coop, but when I feed them a large dose of table scraps and refrigerator expired products I typically get at least one or two eggs the next day.

I sure will be checking any imports from the EU they passed the cricket as food law, they are going to put it in pizza flour and whey and other product, ground up but those products with them in it can cause parasites. No, I don't think even their citizens know they are being given bugs to eat. WEF idea passed and they don't eat it nor was it on their menu. So, don't buy products from EU that has whey or flour type products maybe others. I will make my own food from now on, I need so rocks to throw at people now. They could make money by making bird feed but no they want to feed bugs to peasants.

They tried this when I was a teen in high school pushing a type or real worms and crickets, chocolate grasshoppers and ants, and crickets and thought they could talk us into eating them, heck no!

Recently the reason for egg prices has been found, their hens were not laying eggs because someone change their chicken feed to a new and improve one which cause the chickens not to lay eggs. One womans chicken got out and went native, they found their own food, and laid eggs, then she let them all out to find their food, now she getting eggs. She talked to others it was the same with them, this is how they found it out, the place that sold it said the formula had been changed recently and it was the problem. So, this seems to be an attack on our food supply.

Says the distribution farm (source) are getting $25 for one chicken. My research shows $4 chick (lots work) and approx $17 around Dec 2022.
Price depends breed can go up to $30. I'mm not a chickeneer, but looks like up $6-8 per bird - direct from distributer.
