I’ve had a theory for awhile now that the election is going to be overturned using the courts and the Supreme Court specifically as the highest court in the land.
Trump has mentioned several times that the court has yet to see the EVIDENCE of the stolen election, a lot of EVIDENCE, and when they do they will have a big decision to make.


There have been several friends who have disagreed with my theory telling me specifically that the Supreme Court has no power under the constitution to toss an entire nationwide election and no power under the constitution to declare a new one.
I have disagreed with that premise cause I believe the peoples right to vote in an open and honest election is protected under the constitution and it is the Supreme Court’s job to uphold and protect that right.
Was it violated?
We all know it was.
Was it violated in every single state and every single county in the country?
Yes.
The Pit and Lindell’s presentation, especially day two, showed evidence of all the machines in every state hooked up to the internet which goes against federal election laws and also being coordinated by a company connected to the CCP that owned all the software that switched and stole votes.
We have the EVIDENCE and Trump has even more than we’ve seen.
Why is that so important?
EVIDENCE is what you need in court.

So let’s cut to the chase.
Does the Supreme Court have the ability to throw out the entire election based on fraud and call for a new election?
We are in unprecedented times, right?
But what if there is already precedent in court for the scenario we are in now?
What if there was already a court case from the past that was specifically about fraud in an election? A presidential election? A court case involving ballot harvesting and fraudulent voter rolls being used for fraudulent votes?

Would it surprise you to know that this case just happened to be in the state Trump grew up in and spent most of his life?
Do you think he doesn’t know about this case?

What’s interesting is who filed the suit.
We might not need any state to decertify.
The judge in the case describes the role the Supreme Court takes if the plaintiff’s prevail and what the remedy is.
But the judge also says the plaintiffs have a high burden to prove their case as it should be.
The judge specifically lays out four markers the plaintiffs must prove with EVIDENCE.

As you read this court case I ask you to read it all very carefully.
There are key words that are used.
You have to prove the fraud was done purposely and the people involved KNOWINGLY broke election laws to violate the right of the people to vote.
Did it change the OUTCOME of the election?

This judge said that is the remedy IF the plaintiffs can prove their case with EVIDENCE.

They lost this case because they couldn’t prove their case. They couldn’t prove the four markers needed to prevail.
But this proves that not only is the remedy constitutional and legal, it also set precedent for where we are today.

A Supreme Court case is coming and it will be a 9-0 decision.

Election Law § 291[9] requires the Secretary of State to prepare a certified list of electors after the final canvass is approved by the State Board of Canvassers, and to procure the Governor's signature.

I think we need a fundamental change in how we run elections. Today the media competes to call races as soon as voting closes, starting from east to west. This somewhat marginalizes the western states. For all Federal elections, voting should open and close at the same time nationwide.

Since election day is set in the constitution, open voting nationwide at 6AM EST and close it at midnight EST. That way all states will be counting and reporting results at the same time.

I guess this scrip from a movie about people living in a false world and having avatars to stay young and live another life while they are old, except everyone was involved. The story had murder and this started the real problem, one guy was a policeman in the false reality, and while doing the case the reality of what was really going on. They had forgotten they were hooked up to a machine. It was finally destroyed, they all awakened and walked out.

In the normal world this would have people dying while hooked up to a fake world, humans have to eat and drink water to live. This would be a tray to kill a lot of people.
