What advice would you give to someone wanting to raise their vibration? Thanks

Eat your favorite food. Talk to like minded people who care about you. I just started seeing a therapist. I felt great afterwards. It's good to get out what's bottled up So start with self care? Yes that makes sense...then when you start to feel good/ better, you can start spreading those good vibes out to others? You get a chain reaction. Right. I stopped taking care of myself for a long time, but it's coming back. Right a chain reaction And the opposite is also true I guess? If you hate yourself/ are unkind to yourself, it lowers your vibration and you end up spreading that low vibration to those you come into contact with. E.g. you may be snappy/ nasty or whatever. So...start with yourself, take care of yourself, then you will naturally also have a good effect on those around you and want to be a more giving and empathetic person? Thanks for this thread. It makes a lot of sense to start with ourselves if we want to make a difference in the world, we start with ourselves and work outwards.
