What advice would you give to someone wanting to raise their vibration? Thanks

Eat your favorite food. Talk to like minded people who care about you. I just started seeing a therapist. I felt great afterwards. It's good to get out what's bottled up So start with self care? Yes that makes sense...then when you start to feel good/ better, you can start spreading those good vibes out to others? You get a chain reaction.
