I don't know why Hillary is singling out white women? Most black women who work, probably have white bosses. I'm sure bosses who use their position of power to bully employees into voting for Republicans, would try to influence both white, black and other coloured employees (women only?) How would the boss even know who they voted for, isn't it a secret ballot?
