Folks, you are all getting riled about nothing...THIS WAS EXPECTED.
The Supreme Court has made no ruling of any kind, all they have said is they are not going to entertain arguments at this time deferring to allowing (As the ALMOST ALWAYS DO) the Appeals process to take it's normal course....
again, this was totally expected...
