Not quite! Some of us are not concerned with what BTC is actually worth, as long as things are moving up and down all the time, so we can make money off the dips and spikes, like.. the stock market, or the forex market.. same same!

Right now everything follows BTC's trends, as the big dawg, but there are a couple that stand to decouple from BTC's value, such as LTC or NEO, and stand on their own, meaning "they" would have to crash many of them.. and they failed to do just one.. so eh.. no problem!
