WTF is going on? Multiple Dog Food Brands recalled... Pentobarbital

A Premier food, EVANGERS , was recalled for killing dogs due to pentobarbital a few months ago. Found guilty of using downer cows ( SICK COWS) and worse in their foods.
If you really love your dog? You need to start home cooking for him/her and buying a supplement , multivitamin , to add.
Your dogs health will improve, they won't die of an early cancer ( kibble/corn/chicken meal, chems ) or be killed OUTRIGHT by Euthanasis drugs.
The Petfood industry is COMPLETELY UNGOVERNED, UNREGULATED.
Kibble...even the more expensive so called boutique brands, are cereal : GARBAGE.

my GSD was switched to a raw diet 8 months ago. 100% difference. no more ear infections and he's less greasy. stay away from the pre made shit.

Stop poisoning your dogs with "dog" food. Even the so-called more expensive "healthy" brands are bad for them. instead, feed them raw chicken with the bone. They will thrive, their coats will shine, and their poop will look like normal dog poop, and not that nasty stuff that comes out of most dogs today. We buy a pack of chicken thighs for our little doggies and alternate bone days so that each one gets the chicken bone every other day.

My brother cooked chicken leg quarters, de-boned them, threw in some rice, cooked that and feed it to his dogs. His Lab/Pitbull mix lived to be 15 years old, had very few health problems and would have lived longer but was bit by a rattle snake.

So yeah, cooking for your dog is best for them. And is a lot cheaper in the long run.

My Jack Russell has been eating cooked chicken breast almost exclusively since she had parvo as a pup (long story about dog handlers in puppy mills not washing hands). She's 10 yrs old now.

She likes spaghetti too, won't touch bread or any meat with a condiment on it. Hates fish.

Still wondering about those treats though. Purina Alpo Variety Snaps ... made in USA!

Smartest dog I've ever had, and what a personality. Quite a vocabulary too! Knows the difference between "let's go for a ride" "let's go to the park" or "let's go to the mailbox". Knows "bath", go get your leash, snack, want a bite, Mom is home, go tell Dad. Wish I could get her cloned, best dog ever!

What is wrong with our food supply? Last Friday after work I had a hair appointment and it was late when I got done. I had to run to Walmart before going home, so I bought a cup of those little fried popcorn shrimp at the deli for supper. I shared them with my dog and we both got sick for two days! Now, just what could have been in those shrimp, anyway? I mean, a dog eats rotten food at the dump and doesn't get sick, for heaven's sake. He was throwing up all over the house on Saturday and Sunday just wouldn't eat anything. We were both normal again by Monday.

I get groceries every Friday morning, including cat and dog food. Now I know why the entire dog food section was cleared of canned food!

We feed our 3 dogs what we eat. Steak, chicken, salmon all good stuff. Variety of cheeses..They are senior dogs. They are healthy. Yes, it's expensive. But, so are veterinarians.

Is this what they mean by "Cremation Options"?
Reminds me that it has been a month since they cremated my mother and we still have no death certificate, and no burial yet.

I have read (probably here) they can dissolve bodies, sending the effluent to the sewage treatment, leaving bone fragments for burial.

Ol Roy has to be the cheapest shit known to man, I'm surprised anything can survive on it. Our Shepherds can down a chicken thigh in about 30 seconds. They use their molars to crush all the bone, and then just swallow the whole damn thing. Best part about a raw diet, is their shit just crumbles and goes away within a couple days, no fillers, and nothing to get stuck in my mower tires.

This is just beyond disgusting.

Make sure you only feed your dog beef or chicken hot dogs. Pork kills.

I just starting feeding my maltese fresher and she loves it. I also feed her fresh homemade food too.

In think that's what they gave my kitty when they euthanized her ...
