Utter nonsense. For every Hilario, there are a thousand "dreamers" who will vote democratic, come hell or high water- decades of voter patterns prove this. Reagan, a republican, was the first amnesty granter, look what happened to California....this is a play to Republicans to ease their stance, it's been repeated over and over again for decades...fool me once....etc.
