vertigo?

hey all, my wife and i have had some vertigo for the last 4 days, for me, mainly first thing in the morning when sitting up in bed, for her, comes and goes all day long. no other flu symptoms, other than really tired, brain fog, fells like moving in slow-mo, anyone else?? we are in eugene, or., read there is a adenovirus out there with these symptoms.
