After reading the article, it sounds very promising, but not tasty. I LOVE broccoli and yogurt, but together? I dunno, that sounds not so good. Apparently, the yogurt breaks down the broccoli in such a way that it causes the antioxidants to work in the colon where they wouldn't normally. I think it is definitely worth a shot!

Idk it's weird they never said you should eat this amount of yogurt and this amount of broccoli or how many times a week. The article made it sound like it only works with the probiotic they made from the Escherichia coli Nissle. As usual another health claim leaving us in the dark. I guess I'll just have to try out these broccoli yogurt salad recipes, who knew ?
