Is the Photo of the arrested asian the "Zapruder" film "THEY" didn't count on?

Zapruder filming JFK's assaination was one thing "they" didn't expect, or couldn't control, and that one single film was the biggest piece of evidence that made the official story eventually unravel.

This may or may not be the equivilant, but this is pretty black and white and easy decide with a little verification.

Answer this one question, who is the arrested man in the photo?

I read he was a reporter who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, not sure where I read that, but others have verified they read the same thing.

The picture being circulated of Cho could easily be when he was a 19 y/o freshman. Add 4 years and about 15 pounds, and he could very easily be a 23 y/o man in the photo of the arrest.
The two pictures look very similar to me, the glasses look identical. witnesses described the shooter as wearing all black, as was the man in the arrested photo.

This may be something, or maybe not.

* did any witnesses describe the shooter as wearing glasses?
