Welp, if we don't think we have anything to be grateful for, be grateful we don't have to go to a cold weather shelter.

And if you are homeless and cold in this area, go here:

(WFLA) – Tampa Bay area counties are opening cold weather shelters on Sunday for anyone needing a warm place to spend the night.

These shelters will open in Hillsborough County:

The homeless shelter here in my town is a joke.

You get 3 days.

They demand you to work those 3 days for them for free and you are forced into a religious education class when you are not working. lights out at 9 and you are kicked out at 5am every morning.

They kick you out that early so you can go find a job.

what business opens at 5am?

You are then expected back at noon to work for them.

If you don't show up for work then you forfeit your bunk.

You cannot return for 30 days.

So, I guess you've been through the cold and a shelter, before?

They open up special shelters around here just for the cold weather times, when it's not expected. It's a different purposed shelter.

I know of the other ones that the poster described. It's not those.

Anyway, let's all be GRATEFUL!
