BREAKING: Activist Judge Temporarily Blocks Trump From Ending Obama’s DACA Program

A judge granted a pretrial injunction barring the Trump administration from rescinding Obama’s DACA program Tuesday.

Another day, another radical judge.


A U.S. judge blocked President Donald Trump’s administration on Tuesday from ending a program that shielded from deportation children brought to the United States illegally by their parents.

Trump decided in September to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA. U.S. District Judge William Alsup ruled in San Francisco on Tuesday the program must remain in place while litigation over Trump’s decision unfolds.

Alsup said in his ruling the federal government did not have to process new applications from people who had never before received protection under the program.

There are approximately 800,000 DACA recipients currently in the United States. Trump ran his presidential campaign as an immigration hardliner promising to deport DACA recipients and other illegal aliens leeching off the system.

President Trump Tuesday told a bipartisan meeting of Senators and Representatives that he will sign ANY immigration legislation that reaches his desk.
