If you lined up 100 people, and on the other end was a nerd, how many people in a row could the nerd strangle to death with his legs?

Let's say 100 people are lined up, and they're just your average Joes. They're all gathered in a room, and in the other room is a nerd who will try to strangle (asphyxiate) the person to death with his legs (scissoring). Each person will have either their wrists tied with rope, or have their wrists held together.

Would the nerd eventually get really good and be able to strangle them with less resistance?

How many people could a skinny, pale nerd (the kind with glasses and bowties who like yapping on about science and philosophy. I know one) strangle in a row before one of them managed to escape the nerd's long legs?

I read an anecdote that 3 nerds (they were described as such by their appearance) ganged up on their friend and killed him this way back in 2014, and the year before that there was a case that got in the news. He strangled his room mate to death using his legs after the room mate threatened to stab him with a pen. He (the victim) suffocated to death after 10 minutes. Nerds like using their legs to choke people apparently. Another one happened a decade or so ago, because his friend was too good a chess player. Who knows how many other undocumented cases happened elsewhere?
