Samsung high-end phones went the way of apple back in 2015. They got rid of user replaceable batteries. It's quite the scam they got going and the practice has seeped into the laptop market as well. These electronics could last over a decade but alas, the battery dies within 3 years... and the batteries are not user replaceable... and by the time your battery dies, you can't even get a replacement job done at a service center because the phone is too old, not supported anymore and battery is no longer produced/in stock |
