it would be interesting if a few hundred guys got together and decided to do something, made an accurate list of those who raped, assaulted, or killed americans, especially females, and then systematically started disappearing these people, but making it painfully clear why they did it, and leave a body part behind for friends and family to identify

do this on a national scale, and perhaps even go after those who defended them or gave them light sentences, make it very clear that this is going to come to an end. i bet with in a few short months this shit would come to a halt
