Litecoin is blowing up in a way that makes Bitcoin look like a straggler...
I've played in the bitcoin market on Coinbase for the last year or so, and Bitcoin has made me a ton of money so I cannot complain, but when Bitcoin blew past $12,000.00 I thought the time was right to look at new strategies and this is when I came across Litecoin. After reading up about the creator of Litecoin, and it's market cap, I was convinced Litecoin would make Bitcoin look like a slacker, and man have I ever been right!

Since I bought into Litcoin in Mid-November it has seen a jump of over 500%...

That's correct, I didn't misplace a decimal or anything, 500%

Never in my life have I had an investment that exploded in value like Litcoin has, In the same time period Bitcoin has jumped almost 200%, which is unbelievable, but nothing compared to the explosion Litecoin has seen in the last week of trading.

If you would have asked me a year and a half ago if I would ever play in the crypto-currency markets I would have given you an an emphatic hell no, and I'm not trying to argue that the explosion in value that Bitcoin and Litecoin have seen is reasonable, it's probably not, but Litecoin has a good solid team backing it, and it's market capitalization is still reasonable compared to Bitcoin.

I would have never dreamed this would happen...

Litecoin's Market Cap has increased by 7 Billion in just the past week.

2nd largest trading volume last few days of all the cryptos too.

I think a lot of profits taken out of BTC are headed to LTC!

To the moon on this one! (hoping)

Nov 23 I bought Litecoin at $69.78. I began reviewing my trading strategy on Dec 5 (Bitcoin had blown past $10K like it was standing still). The next day I began selling a large portion of my Bitcoin holdings, and over the next week I sold bitcoin in tranches at anywhere from $15,756.45 to $17,450.82. On Dec 7 I bought another tranche of Litecoin at $90.69. My average cost per 1 Litecoin is now $80.24 and Litecoin peaked today at $367.34, currently giving me a 458% Gain on my initial investment.

I think Litecoin is going to explode over these next two or three months, experience a relatively hard correction, and then begin a more steady advance as we move into Q2 2018. How long that lasts could depend on the technical aspects of the trade, and Litecoin needs to increase its use in online retail. If Litecoin can sign usage agreements with Alibaba and Amazon (as the rumors say is the plan) then the sky is the limit.

A lot of this will depend on the markets and economy as a whole, so remember everything I'm telling you is dependent on factors that we cannot foresee with any degree of accuracy...in other words, my wild ass guess is that in six months Litecoin is still trending upwards but in a much less volatile fashion.

At least that's what the crystal ball I'm pulling out of my ass says...

Still after the correction and all im thinking it will be over 100 to 150% increase from now..

Like you said tho...

bar no warmongers having their way or the inevitable bubble pop...

I am seriously considering a purchase of 2 grand of lite coin and holding for up to 180 days

of course evaluating world market conditions ...

Because Bitcoin is a bit clunky for the retail sector honestly, completing a transfer takes an average of 10 minutes. Litcoin takes an average of 2.5 Minutes...

They serve different functions. Bitcoin is for storing and growing wealth. Purchasing high-ticket items. Much higher transaction fees than Litecoin

Litecoin is great for day-to-day transactions - works 4 x faster than Bitcoin and the transaction fees are minimal by comparison.

Litecoin also has fractions to 0.00000001

I have been very interested in FLASH, a Litecoin fork. It solves many of the problems that Litecoin still has.

FLASH

1 penny transactions (infinitely better than Litecoin)
2 second tranaction time
1,500 transactions per second (TPS) tested and validated (comparable to Mastercard and Visa) - Up to 2 Million TPS possible in theory
Decentralized
All coins have been released, no inflation.

This coin is still largely undiscovered and has the best tech.

[link to www.youtube.com (secure)]

As a disclaimer, I own some FLASH and have been increasing my position on current crypto weakness. When BTC goes up, FLASH seems to outperform. I purchased on Crypto-Bridge using BTC.

Litecoin's transactions per second, like Bitcoin, are still not sustainable. FLASH is a little better than Ripple in the metrics, but RIPPLE is CENTRALIZED, which defeats the whole purpose of crytpos. If FLASH is discovered like RIPPLE, then wow...$10 by 2020 compared to other current market caps (200x increase).
