its a spread you put on like butter not like a cheese slice. go eat a spoon full of butter.

Perhaps there should be instructions for use on the jar. Use sparingly. And, no one eats vegemite on its own. Its a spread ffs.

try making a piece of toast and butter it. then get about 1/2 teaspoon of vegemite and spread it on the toast, try eating that.

after you get used to it you can use more, and of course eat it by spoon if you like. but at first you can't just spoon it in yore gob!
