She's just experiencing third party sellers and dropshipping.

Walmart allows third party sellers on their platform, like Amazon does and the business probably had their stock warehoused with Target or they dropshipped from Target whatever your mother had ordered.

I make it a point to stay away from Amazon, so I'm always pissed when I order something from ebay and it is dropshipped from Amazon LOL .... but oh well it happens.

I'm in ecommerce, so I support all these platforms that allow the little guy to get into the business.

Have you seen any guys in the ladies' toilet at Walmart too?
