I like when the dispatch tells him to stop chasing him, and the store owner says "no, you guys always let them get away". This should be the slogan for the next mayor running for office. Imagine....people actually doing the work of the police force because they are so inept at their job, and 911 not asking where he is going, just arguing with the guy on the line to let them go.
