You cannot FOIA private property.
If you're looking for stuff from the hotel, I'm not sure how you're going to get it. Lawyers for people who sue might be able to subpoena it, but I cannot imagine those getting out to the public.
I know you want to see what happened. But I'm not sure there's a mechanism to get CC footage into the public domain. Any more than there is to get your own sex tapes released just because your neighbor might want to see them.
