Fighting the medical system to get a cover up into the public domain?

How could someone do this if they have incidentally stumbled upon a condition that is recognised in some countries but not as yet the uk? Initially docs/gps are obstructing people with a genetic condition in receiving a diagnosis of a neurological condition that is comorbid with the genetic condition. In the USA it’s very different and there is a lot of research on both conditions but currently the top neurosurgeons in the uk are ignoring it. It appears to be about lack of funding, although they would never say that. Essentially I see it as a discrimination of people with a particular genetic disease? Ideas ? Anyone?
