even cancer is only a 'bad' thing from a certain point of view with fractal within a fractal within a fractal, etc etc
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75848631

In what point of view is cancer a good thing?
 Quoting: Wookiee666

From the cancer cell's perspective, for starters.

It's just doing what it does, same as all else.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75848631

Cancer doesn't think or have a brain.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75608399

LOL

And you know this how?

Materialists will never find a cure with that sort of thinking now, will they...

Look at the most overlooked and simplified vestige of humanity...the human eye.

Those who wish to look beyond our existence often tend to do so at their own peril.

Spend time searching the fantastic thing that we call the eye.

It's amazing.

I'm a biochemist so I tend to dote on things that aren't possible without an intelligent design.

I could go on, but feel that the human eye alone is proof that we were designed.
 Quoting: Affable Serpent

i agree. rods and cones.
 Quoting: Anubis

The human eye.

The human ear.

So many aspects of humanity that aren't possible without intelligent design.

As a biochemist, I've had this argument with MANY people. They always lose. Our body/biochemsitry is too specific for it to be relegated to chance.

Sorry, but there's no fucking way for us to be born of chance.

Ouch for the bitches that wish to derail me.

I would LOVE people to engage me in debate!!!
 Quoting: Affable Serpent

If there was a designer why did it give us poor hearing? I mean compared to other life forms on the planet our hearing sucks, our sense of smell sucks and our eyesight sucks. All these senses could have been vastly improved for our species if there was truly a designer.

It is, when you consider there is zero proof of any of it and people are so deceived to believe it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75520143

Just because you have not developed the necessary mental ability to recognize the proof of this matter, it does not mean at all, that proof doesn't exist.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71869208

An accurate way to put "necessary mental ability" is the puerile exercise of your fertile imagination.

Depictions of some "scientist's" CGI delirium is not a fact. It is just his imagination. And yours.

Yep, physically we are way down the totem pole. I guess our ID knew at some point we'd eat meat and our brains would grow but geez it (the supposed ID) took a huge risk. Take away our all our tech and see how long we last. It's really amazing we still exist at all. It's also a fact we will become extinct like 99.9% of all the other life forms who ever existed on this planet and one who've been around far longer than us.

And where does this gravity come from....?

You are standing on a merry-go-round, it is stationary, you have no trouble holding on. Same merry-go-round starts spinning with you on it, it reaches a velocity equal to that of the earths spin (1000mph at equator), you are violently flung into space. That's gravity compelling you to leave... but wait.

There is no gravity. It's all magnetism. Diffused magnetism is our bodies and every single cell and atom being pulled to the center of the earth. We are being pulled to the center of the earth the same as the earth being pulled to the center of the sun. We are in a constant state of falling. But the mass under our feet keeps us from doing so.

Actually it isn't to the absolute center of the earth, it's to a zero point magnetic equilibrium between us and the earth. It's what keeps us from crashing into the center, and keeps everything in the universe from annihilating itself.

And yes, the oceans are being pulled toward the zero point and the butterlies not so much, they have very little mass.

Can you make water adhere to a spinning ball then? Can you mimic this magical "magnetic equilibrium" by pouring water on a ball whilst spinning it at high speeds showing all of us how the water curves obediently to the outer surface and stays put?

As an experiment in natural science it should be easy to observe, reproduce, repeat. Go on. Your "magnetic magic" should work on any scale.

"The reproducibility of published experiments is the foundation of science. No reproducibility – no science."
