What needs to happen is Men need to pass a law if a woman claims rape and it turns out to be a false allegation then She needs to serve the same sentence a man would serve for rape. I know a guy whom lost His house and family due to a molestation charge and the girl later admitted She said it because She was mad at Her step father. Now how is it fair that the man looses everything in court costs and the woman walks free without a slap on the wrist?

I'm in agreement with you. Lets take it a step farther and apply this reasoning to other attempts at destroying ones life and character by bearing false witness, whether it's personal, business or political you lie you fry. Especially if you are caught trying to change the course of a nations history my manufacturing evidence. How many politicians would pull the shit they do, write laws that destroy a countries sovereignty or the citizens well being if their life or freedom was at stake.

Reporters and lawyers who corroborate known false allegations need time too. Or rape them. I don't care which.

He's right. The signature is wrong. Walk through it with a pencil over the two signatures. The errors are huge.

Getting the title wrong is another, no comma after the name before the initials and DA not DDA. This isn't something that would have passed in the 1970's. They were very, very careful about such things then.

Misspelling Old as Olde is another. No local would do it.

Do the same pencil trace with the 7's and you will realize that, not only is it a forgery, it is a very sloppy and unprofessional one.

What's with these guys? Do they think the emotional content and concert of the mass media will make up for pathetic execution? This will end up in court.

This is a huge throwback to how they slaughtered LBJ's republican opponent with a mass hysteria attack. Claimed, in writing, that Goldwater was insane and couldn't be trusted with nukes. It worked. He sued and won over a million dollars (the equivalent of 10+ million today).

I have to say that the signature and message is a bit odd - particularly given that the yearbook is supposedly signed in December, and given the incorrect spelling of the restaurant (one that Roy regularly visited for several years, so would know how to spell it).

So, has anyone dug into Beverly yet? Do we know anything more than what’s been published, and her FB history?

These cases will be indeterminate because they are all "he said - she said" with no hard evidence to sway the case either way.

In this type case the tears of the woman are usually the determining factor and if any women are part of the judge and jury then a predisposition to believe the womans' story will not bode well for the judge.

These pedo-attacks will become the norm. As long as they are successful, the democraps will continue to attack any real conservative. These people need to be arrested for slander, libel, and defamation of character. Throw a few of them in jail, and the rest of them might rethink this plan.
